Moto2 Aragon FP2: Remy Gardner tops FP2 by 0.007

Remy Gardner was the fastest rider in the Moto2 FP2 session.

Remy Gardner led the Moto2 FP2 session this afternoon following in the footsteps of his countryman Jack Miller who led the MotoGP FP2 session previous, Gardner led a duo of Fernandez’s with Augusto only 0.007 seconds back from Gardner with his injured teammate Raul in third place, all three riders currently or set to be Red Bull KTM Ajo riders following Augusto Fernandez’s announcement that he has signed for the Red Bull KTM Ajo squad.

Fabio Di Giannantonio finished up in third place only 0.003 behind Raul Fernandez, ‘Diggia’ leads Sam lowes and fastest Boscoscuro rider Albert Arenas in P6, Arenas showing some strong speed this weekend after struggling somewhat this year as a Moto2 rookie.

Rounding out the top 10 were Fermin Aldeguer and Marcos Ramirez, Aldeguer once again impressing in only his fourth race in the world championship, he will be aiming to put some strong points on the board this weekend, the next Boscoscuro rider was Aron Canet with Jorge Navarro down in P15 following a crash.
