Moto3 Qatar Warm Up: Darryn Binder leads the Moto3 field in the warm up

Darryn Binder continues his qualifying performance leading the field in the warm-up session.

Darryn Binder leads the Moto3 field in morning warm-up following from his lap record-setting performance during qualifying yesterday, the times during the warm-up were much slower than yesterday with the lightweight class running around 3 seconds slower due to much sand and dust covering the track following from high winds overnight.

In P2 we saw Andrea Migno running in the hot pink Snipers Team colours ahead of Red Bull KTM duo Deniz Oncu in P3 and Jaume Masia in P4, it’s important to note that although Oncu and Masia are running similar colours, Oncu is riding for the Tech3 team who keep Red Bull as a title sponsor in the Moto3 class, just behind Masia is ex-teammate Dennis Foggia in P5.

Gabriel Rodrigo leads the pensioner’s trio in Moto3 coming in as the sixth-fastest rider leading front row starter John McPhee and Niccolo Antonelli who are three of the oldest riders in the class with one of the youngest riders of Pedro Acosta behind them. Ayumu Sasaki capped off the top 10.
