MotoGP Teruel: Franco Morbidelli heads FP3

Franco Morbidelli tops the FP3 session, finishing ahead of Nakagami who has been in the top 2 every session this weekend so far.

Franco Morbidelli has pace in the FP3 session, taking the top spot overall ahead of Takaaki Nakagami.

Takaaki Nakagami is fired up and he wants that first podium, still well and truly in the title fight this season he feels he has a chance, taking P2 in FP1, then P1 in FP2 and P2 in FP3.

There were 3 Yamaha’s in the top 4 with Morbidelli joined by teammate Fabio Quartararo and Maverick Vinales in the top 4 places.

Alex Marquez continues his form in P5, also looking for his first race win in the class following a spectacular run of form.

Iker Lecuona fancies himself a podium, he’s had pace all weekend and finishes FP3 in P6 with pace for more as he joins the Q2 session with teammate Miguel Oliveira in P8.

Alex Rins and Joan Mir seem to have improved their qualifying woes at the Aragon track, both taking a top 10 in FP3, putting them into the Q2 session with Mir in P10 and Rins in P7.

Cal Crutchlow was the P9 man ahead of Mir, Crutchlow chasing the form of his teammate.
