MotoGP Styria: Johann Zarco handed pit lane start penalty
Johann Zarco will start his next MotoGP race from pit lane it has been confirmed.
This follows the incident last weekend involving Zarco and Morbidelli which caused their bikes to nearly hit Vinales and Rossi.
Following evaluation from race direction it was determined that Zarco is guilty of irresponsible riding amd therefore has resulted in a penalty. The Frenchman will start his next MotoGP race from pitlane, if he does not pass a medical test today this will mean he will start Misano from the pit lane.
