MotoGP Brno: Sam Lowes and Raul Fernandez lead FP3

Sam Lowes and Raul Fernandez continue their FP2 form leading the way in FP3.

Lowes is returning to form in dramatic style, his resurgence gets better session-by-session and it won’t be long before we see him on the podium once again.

He leads Luca Marini in FP3 with Joe Roberts in P3, also returning to form at a track he has fond memories from his Moto2 debut.

Marcel Schrotter and Marco Bezzecchi round off the top 5 sports with rookie and Moto3 runner up Marcos Ramirez showing remarkable pace in P6. Another fast rookie Aron Canet ends the session in P7 with Augusto Fernandez adapting finally to the new Dunlop front tyre.

Jorge Navarro was P9 and Moto2 returnee Hafizh Syahrin closed the top 10, 0.534 from Lowes.

In Moto3 it was once again Raul Fernandez who took the top step a huge 0.559 ahead of Fenati with Ai Ogura following Fenati closely. Teammates Albert Arenas and Stefano Nepa were next up in P4 and P5, a team Fernandez once rode for, winning them the Junior World Championship. Teammate to Fernandez, Kaito Toba was next up in P6 followed by title contender John McPhee who is hoping to regain some more points on Arenas this season.

Impressive rookie Jeremy Alcoba ends the session in P8 overall, the current Junior World Champion has already been making his mark on the class. He is followed by Japanese duo of Tatsuki Suzuki and Ryusei Yamanaka.
