Moto3 Misano FP2: Dennis Foggia leads Pedro Acosta by 0.013

Dennis Foggia led the FP2 session by a minute margin to Acosta.

Dennis Foggia continues his outstanding form in Moto3 with another P1 in FP2, this follows on from three back-to-back podiums at Styria, Silverstone and Aragon which has catapulted him up the championship standings into third only 58 points from title leader Pedro Acosta who was 0.013 seconds behind the Italian in the FP2 session today, Acosta locking himself into a provisional Q2 spot for the time being, Acosta was the only non-Italian rider in the top six with every rider either a current or ex-VR46 rider.

Niccolo Antonelli led the way over Romano Fenati in fourth and fifth with Andrea Migno rounding out the top five only 0.162 seconds from P1 which is fairly staggering if we are being honest, he led Matteo Bertelle who is making his World Championship debut this weekend and has taken a stunning sixth place, he is impressing many in the CIV championship this year with multiple race wins and has done the same in the Red Bull Rookies, proving his talent today in FP2.

John McPhee has returned to Moto3 dragging his heels to P7 in FP2 ahead of his teammate Darryn Binder who suffered a large high side but was #RiderOK with Filip Salac and Jaume Masia rounding out the top 10.

Rookie Izan Guevara finished the session in P12 as his teammate Sergio Garcia struggled to P15.
