Moto2 Catalunya: Luca Marini wins his third race of the season – Full Results

Luca Marini extends his championship lead following a dominant win at Catalunya.

Luca Marini has won at Catalunya, fending off Sam Lowes for the race win to extend his championship lead. Marini had to work for it though, battling with Lowes for the lead after Lowes caught up to and overtook Marini, destroying his tyres in the process.

Sam Lowes took second place overall but a win is 100% on the cards.

Fabio Di Giannantonio took third place and was ecstatic about it, he has struggled all season but did not give up, finding his feet at Misano and transferring this over to Catalunya, he takes his third Moto2 podium.
