MotoGP: Maverick Vinales suffered forces of 23.45g in 140mph crash

At the Styrian GP, Maverick Vinales suffered a 140mph crash after he jumped off his bike when his brakes failed.

Thanks to data released by Alpinestars and their airbag system, we can see that Maverick Vinales suffered forces of 23.45g when he jumped off at 140mph, sliding down the track helplessly. He also suffered a second 20g impact seconds later with his airbag protecting him once again.
