It’s yet another Red Bull KTM Ajo 1-2 in Moto2 with both Remy Gardner and Raul Fernandez leading the way over the Moto2 field with Gardner leading his teammate by a huge 0.339 seconds at the line. Fresh off confirmation of his MotoGP deal we see Fabio Di Giannantonio finish in third place overall just 0.001 seconds ahead of Sam Lowes who really needs to pick up a podium here if he wants to continue fighting for the title this year, it’s been a tough past few races for the British rider so a race win would aid him significantly overall, Xavi Vierge rounded off the top 5 ahead of Augusto Fernandez.
MV Agusta rider and Moto2 veteran Simone Corsi finished in seventh place, a fairly rare trip inside the top 10 these days for the rider who is now in his 12th Moto2 season at 34 years old, he beat an IntactGP duo of home rider Marcel Schrotter in P8 and rookie Tony Arbolino in P9 with another veteran Tom Luthi in P10.
