Moto3 Europe: John McPhee takes the Moto3 pole position

John McPhee takes the Moto3 pole position in tricky conditions.

John McPhee takes the top spot in Qualifying, beating the class king Raul Fernandez to the P1 watch, he destroyed Fernandez’s time beating the Spaniard by 0.371, the pair are joined on the front row by recently announced 2021 Moto2 rider Celestino Vietti.

Title leader Albert Arenas finishes in P4, he is yet to score points in the world championship at Valencia, joining him on the second row is Alonso Lopez and Riccardo Rossi, a hugely impressive result from the Italian rider.

Sergio Garcia was the 7th placed rider and the first rider on the third row, joined by Ai Ogura and Darryn Binder.

Kaito Toba was able to round off the top 10, 1.724 from P1.
