Moto2/3 Aragon: Sam Lowes and Raul Fernandez take pole position in Aragon
Sam Lowes and Raul Fernandez did the business in Moto2 and Moto3 at Aragon, taking pole position.
Sam Lowes has smashed the Moto2 lap record to take pole position at Aragon ahead of Marco Bezzecchi, the pair hoping to close in on title leader Luca Marini tomorrow.
Fabio Di Giannantonio has been majorly strong this weekend, taking P3 on the Speed Up and looking for his first win tomorrow.
Jake Dixon, a huge step, leading Row 2 following his fantastic Le Mans performance, the British rider will start right behind fellow countryman Sam Lowes in P4 ahead of Marcos Ramirez who takes a phenomenal P5 during qualifying.
Jorge Navarro qualified just 0.001 behind Ramirez on the Speed Up ahead of title leader Luca Marini in P7.
Jorge Martin was the P8 man, not doing as well as expected but the race can hold a new story, Augusto Fernandez will start in P9 ahead of Remy Gardner who was 0.750 from pole in P10.

Moto3:
Moto3 was its typical car park with riders waiting around for a tow, something we have become used to, however, this is incredibly dangerous and needs to be stopped. Despite this Raul Fernandez, the Moto3 king of qualifying, was able to take pole position, it’s hard to believe he does not have a podium to his name yet.
If Fernandez can getaway at the start of tomorrows race, he will win that’s for sure, his and Celestino Vietti’s pace is unbelievable this weekend. Vietti took second place and was 0.451 faster than P3 man Albert Arenas, the title leader hoping to extend his lead tomorrow. .
Alonso Lopez took the fourth spot in the session ahead of Tatsuki Suzuki who has been consistent in the top 10 this weekend, taking P5 in qualifying.
Romano Fenati has been on fire since his Misano win, taking P6 in qualifying ahead of Carlos Tatay who led the Q1 session, the 2019 Red Bull Rookies champion doing very well.
Following misery qualifying around P25 in the last 2 races, Ai Ogura improves with a P8, not enough to be with title leader Albert Arenas though.
Gabriel Rodrigo will be looking for a result in P9 ahead of John McPhee in P10.
