MotoGP: Tony Arbolino moves to Moto2 with IntactGP for 2021

Moto3 star Tony Arbolino will step up to Moto2 for 2021 with Intact GP.

Tony Arbolino who joined the Moto3 class in 2017 will step up to Moto2 for 2021 following 4 successful Moto3 seasons. Arbolino has regularly featured as a front runner in Moto3 and expects to do the same with the incredibly competitive Intact GP team, replacing Thomas Luthi in the team.

Arbolino has 2 x Moto3 race wins to his name with 9 x podiums. The rider spent his entire youth with the SIC58 racing team, riding for them in the Italian and European championships before making the step up to the Moto3 World Championship with the team in their debut season in the class.

The Italian would leave the team at the end of the season to the sadness of Paolo Simoncelli and has remained with the Snipers Team ever since.
