MotoGP Emilia Romagna: Luca Marini breaks another lap record with Raul Fernandez on Moto3 pole
Luca Marini ruins another Moto2 lap record, just ahead of teammate Marco Bezzecchi, in Moto3, Raul Fernandez takes pole.
Luca Marini cannot stop breaking lap records, Marini breaks yet another lap record to take the pole position spot at his home round ahead of teammate Marco Bezzecchi, once again completing a Sky VR46 1-2. The pair are joined by Xavi Vierge on the front row who takes his first front row of the season, sealing it with a crash at T1, proving he really was pushing hard.
Sam Lowes leads the second row, he was not close enough to take the first row but will be happy with fourth place ahead of Enea Bastianini then Aron Canet.
Jake Dixon takes his best qualifying in Moto2 so far taking 7th place, impressive from the British rider who made the jump from BSB last season. He is just ahead of Fabio Di Giannantonio who lines up in eighth ahead of teammate Jorge Navarro.
Nicolo Bulega rounds off the top 1-0, 0.708 from pole position.

Raul Fernandez once again takes a Moto3 pole position, impressing on the Red Bull KTM however struggles on race day, he will be looking for a better result on Sunday after crashing last weekend. He finishes ahead of Tony Arbolino in second who came through from Q1 after seeing just one lap in Q1.
Andrea Migno was the third-fastest rider ahead of title leader Albert Arenas, the pair pulling out fast laps at the end of the session. Celestino Vietti and Romano Fenati join Arenas on row three, the best result for the Husqvarna this season.
Teammate to the pole man Kaito Toba took seventh place on the third row of the grid, joined by last time podium finisher Tatsuki Suzuki and Jaume Masia.
Fast rookie Jeremy Alcoba rounds off the top 10 just 0.424 from pole.
