MotoGP – Michele Pirro to replace Pecco Bagnaia at Austria

Ducati test rider Michele Pirro will get some outings after all, as Pecco Bagnaia is out with a broken tibia.

Pirro, who slated Dorna for not allowing wildcards in 2020 has confirmed he will replace the unfortunate Bagnaia on his social media, and will line up alongside Jack Miller in Pramac colours.

With Ducati traditionally doing well at Austria, this could be a good chance for Pirro to shine once again, and further increase his already considerable value at the Borgo Panigale team.
